Historic guest trivia

Guest attempts are linked to random browser capabilities rather than an email address. A self-service deletion control is not yet active for trivia history. Contact support for the currently available request process without sending the raw browser cookie or challenge link.

Historic compatibility assessments

New compatibility assessments and purchases are disabled. Existing anonymous source data is automatically erased after 30 days by the retained cleanup lifecycle. The remaining deletion tombstone and operational records do not retain questionnaire answers or compatibility report content. No active paid or frozen reports existed at the pivot inventory checkpoint.

Player accounts

Account holders can use the authenticated account-deletion workflow. It removes the Auth identity, linked player profile, quiz attempts/answers, exposure, progression and associated challenges through a retry-safe process. An opponent’s independent attempt is not deleted merely because the other player deletes their account. Limited anonymized records may remain for legal, safety or audit integrity.

Kirelden Pro and payment records

Deleting your account permanently removes its Pro access and checkout bindings. A previous purchase does not automatically restore Pro on a new account or transfer access to another account. Account deletion is not itself a refund request; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support for purchase or refund assistance before deleting an account if you need help.

The payment cleanup removes the account link and checkout-intent link from limited provider purchase audit records. Provider purchase identifiers, product, transaction status and timestamps may remain for necessary verification, refund, fraud, accounting or legal purposes. Payment providers retain records under their own policies and applicable obligations; deleting a Kirelden account does not delete records held by Gumroad.

Support requests

Account deletion removes the link between your account and support threads. Necessary dispute, payment, fraud/security or legal evidence may remain under a retention hold. Resolved content is automatically deleted after 30 days only when an operator has confirmed no retention requirement remains.

Before deleting your account, use Help / Support while signed in if you need assistance. In-app support is not accessible after account deletion. Do not submit passwords, cookies, access tokens, challenge links or answer data.
